Campus Life

Whether you’re a sports fan, art enthusiast, humanitarian, or bookworm, there’s always plenty to do on Marian University’s friendly campus.

You can watch live theatre, root for your favorite Knights athletic teams, work out in the newly renovated fitness facility, take in an art exhibit, help out in various community service projects, hear guest speakers, walk the trails of our 45-acre nature preserve, and more. And, choose from more than 35 clubs on campus, from the Salsa Club to the Gaming Club to the Psychology Club. Join one or two—or start your own!

Count on Marian University for convenience, too. Our small, close-knit campus means you’ll have friends, professors, classrooms, dining options, a convenience store, a library, an art gallery, a chapel, and more—all in a close walking distance. The Marian University campus is a great place to study, relax, eat, reflect, and play.

And, only 10 minutes away are the bright lights and bustle of Indianapolis, the nation’s 13th largest city. Indy is the "amateur sports capital of the world," but you can watch the world champion Indianapolis Colts play in Lucas Oil Stadium and attend the internationally famous Indianapolis 500. Visit museums and galleries, hear the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, discover ethnic eateries all over town, and spend some time in Broad Ripple, the arts and nightlife center of Indianapolis. And when you’re ready to call it a day, you can retreat back to the safe, peaceful campus of Marian University.
